AMANAC Standardization Workshop

November 2015. AMANAC Standardization Workshop. Founder and Managing Director of ISOMATEX SA, Mr. Vartanian, has participated to the AMANAC (Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology) Cluster’s Industry Advisory Board workshop (IAB workshop). This Advisory Board is made up of professionals and experts from industry with extensive experience and responsibility in corporations ranging in size from small to global. The main focus and objectives of this workshop was to permit each member shares their knowledge being involved in the discussions between key personnel from the various AMANAC projects and companies and research centrums involved in standards and certifications with the perspective of end-users on the challenges of standardisation and certification. The discussions has given insights into standards and requirements for buildings in Europe, and provide detailed information on certification, testing and CE marking for novel building materials.
